An exploratory monitoring study on the role of the “Missing Link” in ensuring culturally sensitive psychosocial care for young people with a refugee background (Missing Link)
Hand in hand, Erigent and Solentra are collaboratively implementing a project called the “Missing Link”, funded by the Koning Boudewijnstichting. The project addresses culturally sensitive psychosocial care for adolescents (15-24 years old) with a refugee background in East Flanders. EQUALITY and 360° Care and Well-being are jointly conducting an exploratory monitoring study about the role of the “Missing Link” in ensuring culturally sensitive psychosocial care for youth with a refugee background. The output was the development of a dialogue tool based on insights gained from interviews with youth, (volunteer) members of civic organisations and members of mainstream organisations. The perspective of the youth is the focus of this dialogue instrument. The tool aims to strengthen psychosocial care for young people with a refugee background.
